At Rip Road, I led E2E design for a digital health platform across iOS and Android that helps patients start, manage, and stay on complex injectable therapies. My work led to a ~60% increase in patient satisfaction, ~25% increase in adherence, and generated ~650k in yearly revenue.
At Health Recovery Solutions, I led E2E design for a cross-platform remote patient monitoring solution actively monitoring 450,000+ patients across 400+ hospitals and health systems in the US.
