I'm Eric — a senior product designer based in the Greater NYC area. I'm experienced in designing for high acuity environments where clarity is required. For the past 5 years, I’ve worked with healthcare and health-tech companies designing native iOS and Android applications and web platforms operating on the B2B and B2B2C business model. I'm good at navigating through ambiguity to find opportunities and solutions, and designing accessible, trusted experiences through strategy, care, and craft.

Most recently, I was a senior product designer at Rip Road, where I led end-to-end design for their iOS & Android companion mobile app platform that helps patients start, manage, and stay on complex injectable therapies. 

Before Rip Road, I was a product designer at Health Recovery Solutions covering end-to-end design for their core product, PatientConnect, which is a remote patient monitoring platform on iOS & Android used by over 400 hospitals and health systems across the US, and actively monitors more than 450,000 high acuity patients.
